Shipping Policy

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
Orders containing an item that is a Pre-Order will not ship until the date listed on the pre-order item page.
In the case of a lost or missing package, we do our best to work with the shipper to find and resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.
In-store pickup is available for local customers at no additional cost.
